From Shopping around town, through to a night out, our bags are fully customisable with a wide range of patterned straps to suit your look.

Hand-finished and made from premium pebble grained leather by artisans in Italy, each bag features subtle gold fittings and its own matching leather tassel.

Designed by our team in London, every bag has a double layer reinforced base and includes both a matching slim leather strap and a patterned strap of your choice. Fully adjustable straps allow them to be worn crossbody or over the shoulder as your mood takes you.

The perfect size for your phone, cards, keys, make-up and other essentials, they come fully lined with an internal zipped change pocket and additional Mobile phone pocket.

FOR ALL EU CUSTOMERS: Our prices include all VAT and DUTY charges. These are prepaid by us so that you incur no extra charges on delivery (STANDARD SHIPPING ONLY).

FOR ALL NON-EU CUSTOMERS: Customers are fully responsible for customs and other import related charges applied to Goods we ship outside the EU.

Please note Express UK delivery only applies to orders placed before mid day, with next day referring to the next working day (Mon-Fri). If placed after this cut-off then delivery will be the next working day after.

Personalised Orders : Please note that due to the time involved in personalising, an extra 4 days delivery time should be added to the above timescales when selecting Standard shipping. If selecting Express Shipping, delivery will be 3 working days to the UK and 7 working days to the rest of the world.

Can I have my order quicker?

Yes, if you need your order in a hurry or before a specific date, please select the chargeable Express shipping option at checkout, at which stage you will be advised of the delivery time and cost involved.

How will my order be delivered?

In our experience “The Royal Mail” and “Parcelforce” are the best guys in the UK for delivering smaller packets. Whilst for European and the Rest of the world we will use the Mail service for standard delivery, GLS, DHL, DPD or UPS (for express)...whoever we believe is best for your country.

When should I expect delivery of my order?

Royal Mail normally deliver in the mornings so you should expect delivery before 1pm between Monday and Saturday, however delivery times tend to vary during extremely busy periods when several deliveries take place later than expected. We advise to order earlier to avoid any unforeseen delays.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes. Your purchase is valuable to us so we have to make sure you get it safely which means we need a signature. Sometimes it is up to your local postman to decide whether or not to allow someone other than you to sign for the package. (This may happen if we are delivering to a work address where parcels are signed for at reception.)

Can I send to an alternative delivery address?

Yes, you can send your order to a different address to that registered to your card.

However note that because of the nature of online shopping we take additional measures to make sure that alternative delivery addresses are not potentially fraudulent. Whilst we make every effort to make sure deliveries to alternative addresses are dispatched as quickly as possible, please be aware that such orders are subject to delays. In order to speed this process up we recommend that your alternative address is one of the following:

- A place of work
- A relatives' address
- A nearby address

What happens if I’m not in when they try to deliver?

In most cases the postman will leave a calling card to say that they tried to deliver. There will be instructions on it for you to follow. You can either pick the parcel up from your local post office or Parcelforce depot or you can rearrange delivery using the relevant Royal Mail or Parcelforce website.

We recommend that you act quickly in case a parcel has not been delivered to you as it might be returned to us after a week.

I’ve still not received my order; what should I do?

If you have received an email from us saying that your order has been shipped and do not receive your watch within five working days of this email please contact us. We’ll track the parcel down for you and let you know what we can do to help.

Q. When will my product arrive?
A. Within the UK, the expected delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days. If you need your order in a hurry, please select the chargeable Express shipping option at checkout and your order will arrive the next working day (Cut-off time of order before 12:30pm).  For customers ordering from Europe, the expected delivery time is from 5 to 10 days. For customers ordering from anywhere other than the UK and Europe, the expected delivery time is from 5 to 15 days. There are international Express shipping options available.

Q. There is a Bag/Strap combination I would like that I don’t see available, how do I go about ordering it?
A. We understand if you want your own unique bag and strap combination. So if you don't see a combination you like....That’s no problem at all. Just place an order for any bag (in your preferred colour) and strap combo, and then email us at info@eliebeaumont.com with your preferred strap and order number or simply place your instruction in the NOTES section when placing your order. We will then make the change over for you.

Q. What sizes do the Patterned Crossbody Straps extend to?
A. The lengths of the  Patterned Crossbody Straps range between  85cms - 145cms.

Q. How many straps are included with each item?
A. Included with each purchase is 1 x matching Leather strap and 1 x Patterned Crossbody Strap.

Q. Do I have to pay Import taxes in the EU?
A. We prepay all Import taxes and duties for customers within the EU so your bag will be delivered to your door with no further charges to pay.

All our bags are made from a premium leather and superior dyes, however a particular charm of leather is that it will naturally change colour over time.

In order to keep the bag in its best condition, we recommend that you follow the below simple 2 step plan:

1. Whilst it is advised to avoid excessive exposure to water, in the event of this occurring simply dry it with a clean cloth and let it dry naturally

2. Try and avoid direct contact between your bag and cosmetics such as perfume and cream.
